We have an attachment for this machine that allows us to replicate an interlocking cassette panel making your wall cladding look seamless in and around corners.

CNC folder capable of folding custom profile flashing up to 1220mm wide and 8.2m in length. Thickness limits are 1.2mm Steel, 1.2mm Stainless and 1.6mm Aluminium. This machine has the ability to create a taper with ease as it has a built in slitter.

Capable of rolling 0.55mm thick Stainless Steel and Steel as well as 0.9mm Aluminium up to 6m in length.

This machine allows us to roll half round gutter and roll and seam downpipes.

The downpipes that we roll can be expanded at one end like PVC making it easy to join.

- 1500mm x 3000mm standard sheet size without repositioning clamps. For material coming off a coil, length is unlimited (within handling limits) as regripping is unlimited.

- Stainless Steel (0.55 mm to 3mm)

- Aluminium (0.9 mm to 5mm)
