Flashings

We have machinery that allows us to fold flashing profiles up to 8.2m long, our machine capabilities allow us to fold tight and/or difficult profiles.

Custom Guttering

We manufacture gutters to suit your needs and able to produce half round, rectangular or any custom profile gutters with all supporting brackets and accessories.

Rainwater Products

We supply and manufacture a range of both standard and custom roof plumbing solutions.

Fabrication

We specialise in all custom sheet metal fabrication of COLORBOND® steel, ZINCALUME® steel, GALVABOND®, and other Stainless Steel, Aluminium and Copper products. Our materials are durable for Australian conditions.

Our workshop is capable of delivering all metal fabrication jobs. From cutting, folding, welding, assembling and cleaning, we take pride in our work to ensure the customer is 100% satisfied.

We utilise advanced cutting and machining equipment to deliver precision solutions with our in-house turret punch, laser cutter, guided guillotines, bandsaw and guided press brakes.

Our welding machines aid in ensuring our work is the best that it can possibly be. The water cooled TIG limits distortion by allowing faster welds without destroying weld integrity. The twin pulse MIG produces exceptionally good looking, shiny and clean welds on aluminium. The laser welder allows us to weld 0.55mm BMT stainless steel with next to no distortion and speeds up the fabrication process.
